The Business Firm is a Hip-Hop group which consists of Greg Picard (White Colla'), Thomas Horton (Executive Consultant), and Eli Schwat (Dr. Dank). Formed in 2010, The Business Firm originally was only made of Thomas Horton and Greg Picard, but Eli Schwat was added to their ranks later in that year. The subject of their rap is the upper class white business world, and the cockiness of greedy businessmen. The Business Firm role-plays that they are, themselves, a company, that is supreme in the business world. Their only reason thus far has been Strictly Business, which was released in 2011.
