There are at least three bands named The Bunch: 1) a group of English folk-rock musicians who got together in late 1971 to record their one and only album 2) an American hip-hop group based in Puyallup, WA 3) an early nineties UK band who released their album "Dead Angels". It seems they were sometimes known as "The Christmas Bunch". 1. The Bunch was a group of English folk-rock musicians who got together in late 1971 to record their one and only album, Rock On. This album was released in 1972 and consists of covers of the band's favorite songs by the likes of Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, and the Everly Brothers. Members of the Bunch included musicians drawn from Fairport Convention and other bands of the time: Sandy Denny, Richard Thompson, Linda Thompson, Pat Donaldson, Ashley Hutchings, Gerry Conway, Dave Mattacks. 2. The Bunch is an American hip-hop group based in Puyallup, WA. 3. The Bunch was a UK group that included Andy Serkis on saxophone and Alison Goldfrapp on vocals. In 1992 they released the album "Dead Angels", the cd of which is now very rare. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
