“Describing themselves as ‘bubblegum garage rock’ Joe, Matt, Adam & Owen released their debut album in December 2008 via Spanish label Rock Indiana. Extensive overseas airplay and regular shows in Madrid have lead to The Breakdowns becoming a big hit abroad. With contributions to Stiff Records and Joe Strummer tributes already in the bag for 2009, the boys are hoping to raise their profile in the UK , with a new album due 2010, produced by Spiritulized guitarist Doggen.
