Artist
There are at least two different acts called The Bluechips. Feel free to add information for the other ones. 1. Popular on the mid-1960s club scene in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom, The Bluechips emerged from the ashes of The Downbeats and included a very young Alan White on drums, years before he found fame with The Plastic Ono Band and Yes, among others. Transplanted to London, this obscure beat group cut three 45s for Pye Records, including 'Some Kind of Lovin'' b/w 'I Know a Boy' (1966).
