"The Bad Vibes" are a fun rock duo. Taking their influences from 60's music, retro and psychedelia. Both coming from a band called "Panama" started jamming together just after "Panama" broke up. Realising that what they had was quite interesting they decided to start an official band and get into writing and gigging. "The Bad Vibes" were originally called "The Fetish" which came from a joke band that they had called "The Fetish Potatoes". This band involved quirky takes of famous songs with the lyrics changed to be about potatoes. Their biggest hit being " Let Me Bake You a Potato" to the tune of "Fire" by Jimi Hendrix. Realising "The Fetish" gave the wrong image and had a few too many people laughing at them they decided to call themselves "The Bad Vibes" based upon a personal joke and the fact that "The Fetish" gave them exactly that.
