Rock’n’Roll is no clean weekend-lifestyle you can wrap around your waist like some H&M stud belt! It’s the feeling you can’t get rid of since your earliest youth and the attitude your senile guitar teacher will never understand. THE BAD DAYS consider themselves a liveband and enjoy every second together with the audience. Having shared the stage with bands like "The Peepshows", "Turbo AC's", "The Bones", “Peter Pan Speedrock” or the legendary "New Bomb Turks" and after 4 years of touring, these four rockers from Kiel/Germany have finally established their name. A professionally played harmonica has always been an irreplacable part of their outstanding punkrock-performance! The band was formed in March 2001. Four years later and after several demo-recordings THE BAD DAYS released their first full-length PunknRoll-release Bottle up, named after a song by Mr. John Lee Hooker. At that time, the two labels Vitaminepillen Rec (Voice of a Generation, The Creetins) and BluNoise Records put out two of their songs via Rough Trade Distribution and Finest Noise Magazine in Austria, Germany and other European contries. This year UK's glossy CLASSIC ROCK magazine chose the song Rock’n’Roll Addict for its “Sons of Guns”-Compilation (Issue #92 / May 2006). Right now THE BAD DAYS are working on their second studio-album. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
