2005 saw the joining of five people all with the same passion and drive to create a melodic yet heavy sound. The end of three different bands saw the beginning of one. With Blacksun and RFAD on the rocks, Aaron Roberts and Chris Walters decided to look for other members to start a new project. Aaron's brother James Roberts (ex-Blacksun) offered a hand for a second guitarist and the hunt for a full line-up began. Gareth Phillips joined shortly after on drums and Andrew Pope shortly after that on bass. In May 2006 they completed their first demo entitled Praise the Broken to which they received an offer from a small independent label. Realising that the demo wasn't showing their full potential, and not being happy with the deal they were offered, they re-worked their sound and wrote a completely new set. In March 2007, James left the band for personal reasons. After cycling through several new guitarists the band finally settled on Joe Orefice, and the departure of Chris from the band shifted guitarist and vocalist Aaron to vocals only. The band then began to once again gig around the local scene. In September 2008, Andrew decided to leave the band, which resulted in the mutal agreement by the remaining members to split. The band was: Aaron Roberts - Guitar, Vocals Andrew Pope - Bass Jake Thomas - Drums Luke Padfield - Guitar Joe Orefice - Guitar Chris Walters - Vocals Gareth Phillips - Drums Lee Jones - Guitar Chris Richards - Guitar James Roberts - Guitar The
