The Arb's music is best described as an eclectic mix of all that is electronica. From triphop to house, to DnB, to experimental, The Arb's music has something for just about everyone. Inspired by emotronic and triphop artists, The Arb's songs sometimes switch between styles in the middle of a song, switching from something you'd listen to as you battle your way through rush hour traffic to get to work to something you listen to after a long day's work. Combining sounds from numerous cultures around the world, The Arb's music tends to be melodic and pleasant. Songs incorporate many acoustic sounds into their electronic shells, sometimes even sounding like ethnic electronica. When asked from where they draw inspiration most heavily, lead composer Axél 'Ontoehigh' Carrasquillo says they makes music based on what they personally enjoy listening to every day, just with their own style intrinsic to everything they do. The Arb's music is substantially emotive, inspiring clear brutes of emotion in the listener as each song is played. When asked about this, Ontoehigh says this was precisely their goal.
