The Antics are an indie rock, post-punk band out of Princeton, NJ. Their debut album titled "Running Faster" has influence from The Strokes, The Hives and a wonderful touch of Joy Division. Vocalist Luke Meisenbacher makes the songs bleed emotion with distressed, nearly panicked vocals. The band was formed by 3 highschool classmates, Luke Meisenbacher (vocals, guitar), Josh Reitan (drums), and Jason Bartlomei (lead guitar) in 2010. Then in 2011 the band added on bass player Andrew Clark who had to leave the band a year later. The band now consists of Luke Meisenbacher (guitar/vocals), Josh Reitan (drums), Kyle Hammerschmidt (bass), and Derek Rosengarth (lead guitar).
