Artist
The Angelettes were a British bubblegum pop group from Manchester, United Kingdom, active in the early 1970s and consisting of four schoolgirls: Sue Hampson (vocals), Pat Fitzgerald (vocals), Jan Heywood (vocals) and Julie Abbott (vocals). They released a couple of singles in 1972 (notably 'Don't Let Him Touch You' and 'Popsicles and Icicles') and continued to record in the years thereafter. They also sang backing vocals on Vryan Ferry's solo album, These Foolish Things. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
