The Amber Tapes project started in 2009; a dark experimental mix of electronica, electro-acoustic, live electronics, from primarily analogue sources and field samples. Many of these tracks are soundscapes inspired by places and particular events. There have been six releases to date, 'Crawl Space' (2009) a special EP for LastFM, 'X12' (2010) a split EP on Against it Records), 'Otsu' (2011) a 12 track release on Luma Volta, 'Mu' (2014) 15 track release Luma Volta, plus 'Anomalia' (2015) a special 3-track EP as a free digital free download, and TíK (2016), a 13 track release on Luma Volta.
