*MADE IN SINGAPORE * Originating from the underbelly of National Service, dwelling in neighbourhood coffeshops with too much free time, lots of booze and THE GODS OF ROCK!! on their side, came TKS! The story begins years ago when Shyam & Karan created a song & video called "Sebab Saya Shotgun", garnering 30,000 hits on youtube. The band proper formed between 2006-7 (going through several initial line-up changes) followed by more classic prank videos and rowdy live performances at DXO, Gotham Penthouse, The Arts House, HOME Club, Zai Studios, Crawlspace, Youth Park, *Scape, Lot Stock & Barrel pub, Gossip Bar and of couse, The Esplanade which brought them to another level. With the release of the long-awaited debut CD "Your Mother!!" featuring hits such as "Mas Selamat", "Bak Wa War", "Bhangra Rock" and BRAND NEW versions of "Shotgun" and "Yineh Da Pakereh", TKS is set to blaze yet again!!
