1/ Terraplane (named after the "classic US car built for power and performance"), Formed by schoolmates Luke Morley and Danny Bowes (with Mac McKenzie and Chris Hussey) in South London, by 1983 the two friends had switched to bassist Nick Linden and drummer Gary "Harry" James (added to Morley's guitar and Bowes' voice) and changed their name from Nuthin' Fancy to Terraplane. and Rudi Riviere (a black guitarist; allowing them to truly proclaim on their first album sleeve that "Terraplane is an equal opportunities group"), they rocked through the Reading Rock Festival (1982), numerous visits to the Marquee and via a couple of albums (Black and White (1985),Moving Target (1987)) eventually disbanding on Jan 2nd 1989. Just four short months later, Danny, Luke and Harry appeared on their new label EMI as the band THUNDER with the ex-Durannie Andy Taylor produced album "Backstreet Symphony". 2/ Very short lived band of Tony McPhee. Formed in the late nineties as a replacement to The Groundhogs. No albums where recorded, material was placed on a Sampler album by AOL records. 3/ Acoustic blues trio from Poland: Ida Zalewska (voc), Maciej Malczyszyn (giuitars), Bartosz Łęczycki - (harmonica).
