I started my musical journey in 1991 in a garage with a couple of friends from my school. We had a bass and a guitar and the rest of the crew played on all kinds of things like buckets and hardcases and some of us did the vocals. After some years we got our first rehearsal-studio and we started to play punk with me on the drums. After some time I started doing backing vocals and this was my first time using what had been given to me. After a couple of years they kicked me of the band because i chose to skateboard instead of coming to rehearsals and it could have stopped there if had not my voice. An old friend of mine had started a ska-band and they were in need of a singer. I had missed the music so I accepted right away. We played together for 6 years and had a lot of fun together, but we argued a lot too so I decided to leave the band. I started working on my own and wrote songs and recorded them at a friends house. A friend from the old band started The Platinum Band and the rest is to come. We enjoy ourselves when we travel around and we hope you will feel that when we come to your town and play.
