Artist
Teflon Monkey was a name adopted by Welsh musician/songwriter Rhodri Viney. In 2001, his Gorwel Owen-produced 'Farming In Space' EP was released on Super Furry Animals' Placid Casual label. Two of the four songs also appeared on the 'Depressed Celts' compilation CD. Teflon Monkey also played on other artists' records, including two songs on Gorky's Zygotic Mynci's 'How I Long to Feel That Summer In My Heart' LP. Viney was forced to stop using the 'Teflon Monkey', due to legal threats from the DuPont corporation. He has subsequently recorded music as Broken Leaf and Ratatosk. The Complete works of Teflon Monkey was released as a download in November 2010. http://ratatosk.bandcamp.com/album/the-complete-works-of-teflon-monkey-2000-2002 User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
