Why aren't you on yet? That question is more common then the words of that,"what time is it?" to the ears of Teddie Cain Jr. Well when you hear his music you can't help but to wonder, with a sound like that if he has the soul of a man who has lived a hundred years he tells the tales of his long,long journey throught the struggles of his environment.He sings like a man not in search of a record deal,but a man in search of freedom or piece of mind. Someone once said that Teddie Cain sang like he had been throught slavery,not as an insult but you could hear the struggle of black people in his music. This talented singer/songwriter/producer has a nice sound yet to be discovered. He has worked with or done music for the likes of artist such as Bump J, Crucial Conflict,Shawnna,Twista,Bad Boy sondwriter Mechlie Jamison,Ryan Leslie,No Id,Tru Life,and many others. His pen doesn't stop at any genre of music,but when someone's looking for that feeling of street soul they call Teddie. The world almost had a chance to feel his presence a few time,even once being signed to label blackground. But it wasn't his time. When that time does come it will be the beginning of a new era.
