Team ICU were (or maybe still are) actually a warez/cracker group, but they have published the best collection of chiptune(s) that I have come across. It consists of around 250 chiptunes in XM or MOD format, thus totalling only 4-5mb, most/all of which I'm guessing are not original works (rather, it seems to be a collection).
