Taylor Kohl is a Sacramento based multi-instrumentalist who has been releasing albums since 2012. His albums cover a wide array of territories, from avant-prog to chiptunes and bitpop. More recently his works have settled into a sophisticated take on grunge and alternative rock. Work in bands include drums in Mediocre Cafe, Practice and Meet Cute, as well as live bass in Buff Clout. In 2018, he established Kohl Banned as a separate entity devoted to performing his music live with its own repertoire, as well as Quinine in 2023.
