Russian rhythmic noise project Tatlum formed in 2003 in Koenigsberg (Kaliningrad). Author of the project - Zilot (2003 - present). Interim release Celtic gasmask was prepared in 2009. The stylistic sound was eclectic and reminded electro and idm. After compiling Object electronic locks on the run-up sound, interspersed with noise, ambient, dark, distorted beat, industrial and other features the characteristic of rhythmic noise.
