Tara Rose Fee was born in West Vancouver, BC on February 6, 1991 She started playing music when she started taking piano lessons when at age 4. In 2009 she attended a school for music for a semester, but switched her major to French because she wanted to make her own kind of music, and was unsatisfied with nearby music programs. She plays piano, drums, ukulele, flute, and cello, and is a self taught singer, guitar player and bassist. Her influences include The Beatles, Ingrid Michaelson, Amanda Palmer, Karen O, Brody Dalle, Fiona Apple, Bob Dylan, Adele, and Green Day.
