Tanyon Sann Allison is a college kid in Lubbock, TX. Tanyon says he loves music because, "music takes people to a million different places, feelings and emotions within seconds." Tanyon was born in Canyon, TX in the middle of nowhere (Texas Panhandle), and is now attending college full-time in the middle of nowhere (Lubbock, TX). He wishes to bring a different perspective to things through his music with his lyrical persuasions and his chill, boy-next door voice. Tanyon has always wanted to make his own music, and now he is. He writes, performs, and records his songs by himself. Tanyon Sann Allison's sound is unique and flexible. His voice has been described as John Mayer/Teddy Gieger/Ben Gibbard and a hint of Tyson Ritter from All-American Rejects and Isaac Slade from The Fray. The sound of his music varies, depending on what his mood is. He usually has an acoustic sound that could be compared to Peter Bradley Adams/Alexi Murdoch/Jon Foreman/Matt Nathanson/Jack Johnson, but he occasionally has a more rockish sound like the All-American Rejects/Yellowcard/Anberlin/Coldplay/Cartel/Mae/Safetysuit/Relient K/Switchfoot. He loves to keep things fresh, when playing live, he very rarely play songs the exact same twice (unless you want him too).
