Takin By Tigers A Eugene Oregon Band that was formed by Timothy Berg and Jered Kappenman, it was originally called Time Pilot but was then later changed after a Wedding show. This band was Jered and Tim for a long time just jamming in Tim's garage working on various original songs shifting through numerous drummers until Jered brought in Phil Halstead-- a long time friend who plays guitar and drums-- frim that moment on things started to get together, but something was still missing. Looking for a bassist to complete the sound they found Nathan a good bassist, but their ideas differed so their search continued. Jered always keeping busy was playing with other musicians when Travis Fox a drummer from a recently seperated band (Behind the Wire) brought in his bassist James John to jam with them. From that day Jered saw something in that 21 year old bassist and brought James into the Band of Takin By Tigers. Once James was on board the sound was solid and Takin By Tigers statred to take off.
