Tsavo Highway is a dynamic rock/jam band from Buffalo, NY, quickly making a name for themselves with captivating live performances and heartfelt songwriting. Blending elements of jam, indie rock, and Americana, the band has opened for a growing list of national acts, including Andy Frasco & The U.N., Spafford, The Magic Beans, Yam Yam, Chirp, Thank You Scientist, Shira Elias (Cool Cool Cool), Michael Angelo Carubba (Remain in Light, Cool Cool Cool), JWail Live Band featuring Natalie Cressman (Trey Anastasio Band), Kito B. (Particle), Scott Hannay (Mihali Band), Underground Springhouse, Seven Teller, and Good Trees River Band. In 2023, Tsavo Highway was recognized with Best New Band and Best Vocalist honors at the AllWNY Awards, solidifying their status in the Western New York music scene. Since then, the band has continued to expand their reach with shows across state lines and their first tour in summer 2025. In August 2025, frontwoman Emily Scripps performed the national anthem for the Savannah Bananas on national television, a broadcast that reached over a million viewers and showcased the band’s growing visibility on a national stage. Their debut EP Pit Stop (May 2023) and single Find a Way (December 2023) were featured in NYS Music, Last Day Deaf, and Modern Neon, setting the stage for a prolific year of releases. In 2024, the band dropped four new singles—Buffalo Girls, V Day Song, Introspect, and Marco Polo—leading up to their full-length album Circles (January 2025)
