THE COINLOCKERS (ザ・コインロッカーズ) was a girl band group, where all the members play an instrument, produced by Akimoto Yasushi (AKB48 Group, Sakamichi series, Onyanko Club, 22/7), signed under Warner Music. The group consists of 39 members, including former AKB48 Team 8 member Hayasaka Tsugumi, who were all chosen through an audition and finalized through Showroom. The group debuted with their first single 憂鬱な空が好きなんだ on June 19, 2019. On November 5, 2021, it was announced that the band would be disbanding on December 23 of the same year.
