Band Temnokost was founded on June, 6th, 2006 (06.06.06). The first constant structure of group was formed by musicians from band The Patriarch (the legendary underground true black metal band in Checov (Russian City) in 2004). The first demo-cassette has been recorded even before band formation in 2003. Some songs from this release can be found on the first official realize in November, 2006 (audio cassette). The album was named «Without the Face». In 2007 drummer Alex has died from suicide (has cut veins). After Alex’s death its place was occupied by guitarist Edward. Lately Edwars’s place was taken by Togar (lead guitar). In the spring of 2007 Togar has come to group (musicians has acquainted with him in 2005). At the same time Proniy was engaged in the solo project - band Frozen Cross (black metal music + gothic female vocal), after a number of successful concerts there were problems with musicians and in May, 2008 the group was broken. In June, 2008 Temnokost has celebrated 2 years and has held a farewell concert. But rehearsals proceeded in the summer and autumn. On October, 21st, 2008 Proniy has collected Temnokost a new. Samus, Glucifer (ex-Frozen Cross) and Togar (ex-Temnokost, ex-Frozen Cross) have come to the band, and awaited, month long concert, have been performed.. On March, 1st, 2009 the debut clip has been laid out and Temnokost has started a recording of the album and a new single (the exit is planned in the spring). Further the group will let out the remas
