T.O.T.T. was an alias of the dutch producers Cees van Broekhoven, Marvin Binderhagel. T.O.T.T. stood for Talk of the town, an other project of them with wich they scored a hit in 1994 (the Lala-song) During the happy-hardcore era, they changed there name to the shorter T.O.T.T. and had two releases: Get up and 99 luftballons.
