T. Nile is a synth-wielding sorceress of sound who has the uncanny ability to fuse traditional folk instrumentation and modern EDM technology via a unique brand of vibrant sass the likes of which you just don’t hear anymore. Impressive indeed, but not nearly as impressive as her new album Tingle & Spark. Her first two records At My Table and Cabin Song caught the avid attention of music mavens and industry insiders alike, even though her full-blown creativity had yet to emerge. That’s because when T. Nile didn’t hear anyone else making the kind of music she was hearing in her own head, she hesitated until the audio overflow in her mind’s ear was too strong for even her to withstand. Now the full unfettered force of T.
