Synthetic Motion is the moniker of electronic artist Drew Garraway. He has been creating music under the name Synthetic Motion since late 2000, but has never started to really promote and distribute his music until early 2006. His first album, "Catalyst", was released in August of 2006. Synthetic Motion's music has a wide range of influences like old school videogame music, classical/orchestral music, rock and of course various other electronic artists. Drew has said many times that he hates the untalented drivel most people reffer to as techno that you'd hear at your typical dance club or rave like atmosphere. Being a classically trained musician in various instruments such as the piano and the trombone, his style of writing differs greatly from most electronic musicians.
