about

Instead of making compromises, Synje Norland simply follows her true path. The musician has deliberately decided not to be taken under the wings of a big label, but to realize her musical visions on her own terms. She released her debut album „SKIPPING STONES“ on Norland Music, a label she set up with her father. It is a real team enterprise, carrying the talent and life-blood of the family and many musical friends within it. Synje Norland’s music reflects her love of travelling, having taken her all the way to Canada. It is there, in the open fields of North America, she finally discovered her love of song writing. Today, the 24-year-old artist lives in Hamburg. Next to her own music, which can be heard in the television series „Rote Rosen“ (ARD), Synje Norland also sang on the credits of "7 Zwerge - der Wald ist nicht genug".
