Switch BladerZ was formed by ex.members of the psychobilly band TAARMEN, DIE (drums) and RYO (wood bass) in 2000. SATORU(Guitar) soon joined the band but they counldn't find a good vocalist. They played with a bunch of vocalists before discovering SCHIZO (vocal/ex.The Damn). SCHIZO joined the band in 2002. They recorded two songs for the "OSAKA Big Bang3" compilation CD (BLUESTONE RECORDS), which showcased the work of some of the up-and-coming psychobilly bands in Osaka. After that, they started to collaborate on various compilation CDs. They started the recording their 1st album in 2003, but it was a rough going, and they spent about three years on it! BUT! In 2006, the recording has finally finished! Their 1st album "LOOKED DOWN" was released in June. New member Mina Spookycat (guitar/ex Satanyanko) came from the Japanese Gothic scene. They played a lot of gigs in 2006. But on September,Satoru left the band. Also Mina Spookycat left on December.
