Formed in 2006 with members from Calgary's Hardcore/Punk Scene, the progressive pop sounds of Sweetness Follows helped them gain a small cult following through out the city. Consisting of Jarrod McMurray (Guitar/Piano/Vocals), Andrew Hamill (Drums,Recordings) & Kale Morrill (Bass), the trio released their debut 3 song E.P. feat. the un-official single "Hearts & Plates" which helped them enter and win one of Calgary's Battle of the Bands at Cowboys Nightclub. They played a string of successful shows before parting ways in 2009 with Andrew & Jarrod moving on to different projects including drums and producing in Calm Asa Coma.
