Sweet Papa Stovepipe (McKinley Peebles, May 15, 1897 - January, 1985) was an American blues and gospel singer and guitarist who recorded "All Birds Look Like Chicken to Me," and "Mama's Angel Child" (both circa 1926). He played on the streets of New York in the 1970's. Aka Reverend McKinley Peebles or Kinny Peebles. He played with Rev. Gary Davis. On CD: Rare Paramount Country Blues (1926-1929) DOCD-5277, Document Records, LP: BD-2041 RST Records.
