Sweat Glass Halo is a band that was introduced in the early 21st century. The three members of the band consist of Ash Caldaire, Elliot Nest, and Rhia Morris. They all started attending Anagood Central College in August of 2002 when they were all 17. Ash is "Sweat" because he moves and dances the most out of the whole group. Elliot is "Glass". He's sophisticated, futuristic, and he has glasses himself. Rhia is "Halo". Everyone sees Rhia as this amazing angel and she uses that to her advantage. They recorded their debut EP and Jim Julian helped them release it in August 2004. SGH signs to The ARC in late 2004. SGH writes and records the album "Cool Story Bro" which is released Summer 2005. In early 2006, the band splits up. Their only album is considered a cult classic. The ARC releases a compilation of demos recorded between 2003-2005.
