Svetogorsk is a 5-piece instrumental band from Helsinki, Finland, that was formed in early 2007. The band's music mainly encompasses some elements of post-rock, but instead of lengthy tracks with massive walls of sounds, the songs are compact packages of more pop-oriented tunes with catchy melodies. Currently the band has released only one EP, Valmistusvirhe, in digital format. A small pressing of 200 CDs of the EP was released 2.6.2009. The current band lineup consists of guitarists Antti Berg and Antti Salo, bassist Otto Forsberg, Juha Gogulski in keyboards and Tuomas Gröndahl in drums.
