Svartheim's Latest Blog Entry [Subscribe to this Blog] [View All Blog Entries] About Svartheim Svartheim was created in the mists of September 2008, when Odinnsson (Scott Burgess aka ToteHeldensagen) and his long time friend were thinking of names for a band. Odinnsson wanted it to be a black/folk/viking metal band, in the reign of Windir. His longtime friend, Kristina (aka bardism), thought of the name Svartheim and that it would be perfect for a dark, cold atmosphere. Then, deciding to not make it a one-man band anymore, Odinnsson got quite a guitarist, his friend, Viglundr (Tim Noonan aka light7k). Viglundr added another man to the group, this time Jorden (Jordan Navarro aka FadetoBlack2404) , who will also play guitar in Svartheim. Soon after, another member joined, this time Stellzing (Charlie Stelling aka reigninblood9), who will play bass and provide backing vocals (and possibly lead).
