Suprna (Suh-pur-nuh), a deviation from Suparna and/or Super Natural...which ever sounds more interesting. First EP has an Electro/Nu DIsco/Chill-pop sound. Currently based in Houston, TX but originally from Danville, IL. She aims to take the musical world in her head and put it out for everyone to see. Just finished her first EP titled Small Talk and it was produced by John Jagos of Brothertiger. Suprna is an eager soul looking to be apart of this dying art world and would like to incorporate visual and performance art with her music. She has gotten her musical inspiration from singers like Natasha Khan (Bat for Lashes), Brandon Boyd (Incubus), Anne Lennox (Eurythmics), Andy Bell (Erasure), Polly Scattergood, and Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails). Although bands such as The Postal Service/Death Cab for Cutie and The Shins have given her lyrical inspiration. She would love to be a multi-instrumentalist one day, but would like to conquer her voice first.
