Supreme Vagabond Craftsman is a founder member of Toah Dynamic and the Invisible Spies label but began his recording career under the name Gary And The Cro-Magnons releasing outré electronic noise entitled "Under Tutelage Of Roald Amundsen" on the Records Records. SVC also played guitar in seminal C.U.Next Tuesday punks Brian And The Teenagers, recording a couple of EPs and leaving a trail of destruction along the way. Supreme Vagabond Craftsman issued his debut album "Twice As Nude" on Spies in 2002. The album consists of 15 songs recorded in the dim confines of the Spies studios. It is the sound of a prospective landlord/tenant relationships played by a hilltop multitude on instruments of unknown origin, which led to support with Badly Drawn Boy on his UK tour. Prior to "Twice As Nude" SVC issued an EP called "A Cloud Punched Me" on Twisted Nerve. The EP brings to mind abusive hoards of stone throwing children grouped together on a nearby roof with the imminent threat of burglary. "Just You Me And The Baby" is scheduled for release this year. It features 15 songs of Garage forecourt confrontations and ghost visits. In 2001 SVC and Kid Acne published the book "Zebra Face". The collaboration featuring cartoons scripted by SVC and drawn by Kid Acne follows the exploits of a useless superhero and a diabetic sidekick as he battles a host of foes in a 2D universe. It is rumoured that a number of British Emcees are in negotiations to provide voices for an animated serial. Out
