Sunset Travelers emerged from the split up off JW Roy's One Night Band. They regrouped as The Sunset Travelers with the addition of Nico Heilijgers on bass. In this setup they recorded one album, For The Sake Of It, in 2001. After that, Roel Spanjers went on to do a solo project, Birdcatcher, Richard van Bergen recorded as The Shiner Twins, and Nico Heilijgers and Jeroen Goossens played together with Chad Bucket.
