Deante Adam Johnson (born November 18, 1999), professionally known as Summrs, is an American rapper and singer from Eunice, Louisiana. An influential figure in underground hip-hop and a popular furry cosplayer, he's widely considered to be one of the main pluggnb pioneers alongside Autumn!, Kankan, and Lil Shine. He was a member of the now defunct but infamous collective known as Slayworld, which began as a skatewear brand before evolving into a music collective. Summrs worked closely with artists like Goonie, Kankan, and Izaya Tiji, as well as numerous producers and designers. His production circle often includes XanGang, Goyxrd, Thrillboy, and BenjiCold. Summrs was originally signed to Victor Victor Records, but during that time, he released his music independently. Summrs has since scored a record deal with 10K Projects in 2023. Summrs is well known for his incredible work ethic, having released a total of 7 projects in a little over half a year in 2018. These would include his first EP called Drug/Love!; two mixtapes for his ex, Bell, entitled BellWorld and BellWorld 2, and four other mixtapes: #ENDEAVOR777, #DEPARTURE666 (Living To Die…), Devotion, and Revived. Throughout 2019, Summrs released one mixtape, Better Left Alone, one EP, EVOLVED, and two albums: World Against Me and Isolation.
