Suldusk; Once a One woman project for Emily Highfield is now a 5 Piece from Melbourne, Australia weaving acoustic tones of dark folk with flourishes of atmospheric black metal and post-rock. The neo folk blackgaze of Suldusk recalls intricate atmospherics of a lustrous midnight forest trek, at once, calm and lustrous and at times unforgivingly haunting. Update as of September 7 2019 "Greetings, Suldusk is no longer a one woman project. I have started writing and performing with four other musicians - Shane Mulholland (vocals, guitar), Frankie Demuru (drums), Josh Taylor (acoustic guitar) and Daniel Green (bass). Work on the new album has now commenced and it is very exciting."
