Substation were a band formed in Bury St Edmunds in 2017 with original members singer Indigo Spooner, guitarist Jack Stanton and drummer Isaac Proctor. Bassist Harry Hammond and guitarist Cam Redmond joined in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Substation gigged regularly from their foundation until their final concert taking place on October 22nd 2023 at the Hunter Club in Bury St Edmunds, while creating an extensive catalogue of Sonic Youth and Ride inspired songs that helped to build the band a loyal following throughout East-Anglia.
