Is a beautiful partnership of two made up of Stephen Fewings and Mark Standerline. Friends from years ago, the duo decided to start putting on parties following their move to good old London town. These parties, which started in the west end, quickly grew and in 2007 the night moved to Shoreditch. Having been involved in music for many years it was hardly a shock to find the boys starting to produce together and they used their monthly night as a show case for their productions with tracks like 5am and Slide Clap proving their worth on the dance floor. After meeting up with Code Kontrol the boys opened their hearts and arms wide to the crew and began working frantically towards new releases for this up and coming label. As producers Sub Secret gather their influences from the likes of M-nus, Plus 8, Playhouse, Freude am Tanzen, Poker Flat and Mothership records as well as wider sources such as The Verve, The Stone Roses and Spence Davis - From these they strive to make sure that every track is innovative, different and darn right beautiful. Stephen Fewings (Sketch Box): After persuading his school mates to save up their dinner money to buy a guitar for him as lead of his first band, Stephen rushed home to learn the riff to the track that made him fall in love with music 'Eye of the Tiger'.
