In 2004 the future frontman of Striped Snakes recorded his first album named "Pictures In Colours". When the records was heard by his friends it got surprisingly good resonance, which gave him the idea of gathering a band. In 2005 the album called "Peace to His Ashes" was recorded in a makeshift home-based studio. That was a blend of experimental rock and the elements of synthy, still representing the integral sound with tinges of classic rock and grunge. As well as the previous work, the record received little publicity, but those who heard it appreciated the album at its true value. Such tracks as Motorider, Devil Burnt Town Again and Keep Out Pop are still eagerly played by the band. "Peace To His Ashes" became a turning-point in band creation. Drummer Paul J, guitarist Alex Voinov and, surely, Antony A. became the foundation members of the group. All went well, was it not for one serious problem: lack of proper instruments. Besides, by that moment Paul J has virtually never sat behind the drum set. As time went by the musicians released a record under the unpretentious name "100,000". This work was fully produced in the genre of grunge and punk. There is a clear Nirvana influence all throughout it. It is sheer minimalism that really rocks on stage. 2006 was the year of revelations. All the band members got the instruments and the opportunity to rehearse.
