Strange Dolls Cult is deathrock band based in Vienna, Austria. The band was founded in September 2005, the line-up hasn't changed since then. They played their first live gig as a support for Cinema Strange in May 2006, followed by gigs at (among others) Gothic Pogo Party (Leipzig, DE), Tanz der Schatten (Töging, DE), Bats over Milan (Milan, I) and Apocalyptic Factory Festival. In 2007, they released the EP Puppets' Dance under Catastrophe Ballet Records. Influences are bands like Bauhaus and Cinema Strange, as well as classic punk and baroque music.
