Straight 2 Video (S2V) is a four piece rock band from Oklahoma City. S2V began as a group of friends who found a common bond in music and a love to write and record together. The group's music tends to fit best with the college indie scene, shoegaze and alternative; however with influences ranging from classic rock to modern rock, S2V fans benefit from enjoying many different styles. Most audiences, however fickle, will find at least one song they like. Although an original rock band, Straight 2 Video loves to pay homage with a few covers in every set. You may have seen them in one form or another in venues like The Bora Bora Club, The Blue Note, The Sip, The Jazz Lab, The Warehouse, The Bricktown Ballroom, and most recently Reverb and Junkie Live in Tulsa. In the summer of ’09 S2V released their first full length album "Like a Bad Sequel", available on iTunes.com and straight2video.bandcamp.com.
