Stonehill College, located in Easton, MA, is a Catholic college run by the Congregation of Holy Cross. This order of priests also runs Notre Dame University. Stonehill Chapel Choir consists of over 60 singers and instrumentalists who provide music for the 7:00pm Eucharistic liturgy on Sunday evenings in the Chapel of Mary. The students who sing with Chapel Choir become a family, a body of people who give their time and talent on a weekly basis and enjoy one another’s company while growing in the rich Christian experience that Campus Ministry provides. From 1994-2001, the choir was directed by Kimberly Hess. Under her direction, the Stonehill College Chapel Choir recorded two compact discs, Lux Et Spes: Light and Hope (Music for the Liturgical Year) and Gaudete (Music for Advent and Christmas).
