Stillness Before The Storm is difficult to explain from a musical aspect. No one has ever truly been able to pinpoint what they sound similar to. Though many have claimed them to be “progressive” and “unpredictable,” this fact makes sure that they bring something completely new to the table. With not only just one talent being phenomenal, each of the players stands out boldly on their own, which compliments all the others down to perfection. With that said, Stillness is composed of five, very talented members based out of the small town, Parker, Colorado with a strong desire to take the music scene into their own hands. The range of influences that each of the members has differs and this helps create the diversity you hear in the music. Ranging from Parkway Drive to Blink 182, this helps bring in all different genres of music and a wide variety into one, unique metal band. SBTS has recently recorded the “Oblivion EP” at “Phantom Studios” in Aurora, Colorado and have played numerous shows all around the state. From famous venues like “The Gothic Theater” to miniscule bars, they have had amazing and horrible experiences, which help them understand the music industry a little more than just your average local band. While some members are off in college, SBTS still continues to write music and pursues to play shows when they are on their breaks from time to time. Their long-term goal as passionate musicians is to be able to put out music for their fans that they put their heart
