STILL LIFE DECAY was formed by Fade Kainer and Edu Mussi in 2002. Armed with the vision of having a band that has a vibrant live show, they acquired Alex Terhune on bass guitar and Bones for live / electronic drums. STILL LIFE DECAY recorded The Drown EP at their self-owned Endless Trauma Studios in NYC. The EP sold well, with fans anxiously waiting for a full-length release. Storm & Stress was recorded and self-released in late 2004 with distribution by Metropolis Records and Spent Decibel. Storm & Stress has a wide spectrum of song writing, with a unique styling of harsh electronics, driving beats, heavy and melodic guitars under dispiriting vocals. The album features guest vocals by Burton C. Bell of FEAR FACTORY and includes remixes by TERRORFAKT and SIDE 3. STILL LIFE DECAY has gained a strong fan base, consistently touring the United States and playing with such bands as FEAR FACTORY, DIR EN GREY, DÉSPAIRS RAY, CRUX SHADOWS, BELLA MORTE, EGO LIKENESS and many others.
