Whether playing a blues festival in Chicago or performing a benefit concert for a local charity, Stevie rips up the stage with Texas-style boogie and Chicago-heartbreak blues. He plays a small club with all the energy of a large venue, while making a stadium feel like a hometown honky-tonk, drawing in the audience with his unique brand of “hotrod” blues. Stevie’s lyrics explore core human experiences of love and loss, the mysteries of life, and the search for “home”. His stories unfold to a steam engine of masterful, high-energy riffs that echo human passion, longing, and sorrow. Stevie’s dedication to the blues has also led him to share the stage with such legends as B.B. King and Buddy Guy (two major influences in his music), as well as Koko Taylor, Delbert McClinton, Dr. John, Keb Mo, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Ronny Earl & The Broadcasters, and Ritchie Kotzen.
