Steven Smirney was born in Carbonia (IT) in 1987. Since he was a child, his passion for music made him play everything could be played. At 13 he started playing drums and attending a trombone course. A year later he moved to Venice, where he continued to study drums, and started playing with some local bands. At 17 he joined Mu.St (Lady Music Records, 2005,2006) as a drummer. Mu.St. used lof of electronic stuff in live shows; here steven approached more seriously the electronic stuff in general. During this period, he started producing for La Flèche (hiphop,electro). In february of 2006 Mu.St. broke out. Steven Smirney project began more solid. In semptember of 2006 he moved to Rome where founded the Uncut Leaves duo.
